Swim Across America supports cancer research and raises money to donate to different cancer research foundations. They have support from different organizations that represent that location. Such as John Hopkins, UNC, and many others. For about 37 years the organization have raised millions of dollars that have led to breakthroughs in immunotherapy, gene therapy, personalized medicine, and patient programs. Ways to get involved are to donate and volunteer
